Jordan contacted us just over 2 months ago, needing help to improve his defence force beep test results for recruitment. He could only get to between 4.5 and 5 and needed 7.5.
On Wednesday Jordan passed with flying colours! Got to 9 on the beep test and excelled in other areas of the physical testing.
