400m heats
Wow what a great 400m heat today at Nationals from Olivia and Emma!
Olivia went out fast and led into the home straight – so proud of how she raced! She rose to the occasion and gave it her all and was rewarded with a 1 second PB – she has sliced 7 seconds off her PB since she began training with us just a few short months ago!
Narrowly missing the final by just 0.49 seconds and now ranked 12th in Australia!
Em ran a good heat and is through to the 400m final!
